Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund.

Our 30-day returns promise

This goes beyond your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible.

How to return

  • Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you’re returning.
  • We’ll reply with the returns address and instructions.
  • Pack the item securely and keep your proof of postage.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return (or of you providing proof of return, if earlier). If you’re returning a whole order within 14 days, we also refund the original standard delivery charge. Unless the item is faulty, the cost of returning it is yours.

Faulty or damaged items

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us — we’ll cover return postage and offer a repair, replacement or refund.
